As a documentary filmmaker with a penchant for authentic experiences, I expected a seamless blend of luxury and value at Bedchambers Serviced Apartments. Disappointingly, the reality fell short of the high ratings. Lacking in fundamental service provisions, the concept of a "serviced apartment" seemed lost on the management. The two-hour wait for my room only highlighted the absence of basic amenities and kitchenware, necessitating repeated requests. Despite a favorable location near MG Road metro and aesthetically pleasing interiors, the poor service marred the experience.On a positive note, the room itself was a sanctuary of modern design and comfort with impeccable room services. However, the lack of attention to detail in maintaining the property's amenities and the exorbitant charges for electricity detracted from the overall value proposition.
